My name is William Gilbank. I am 16 years old and race for Lee Valley Youth Cycling Club LVYCC. I race road, track and cyclocross and I have been selected to attend the British Cycling Regional School of Racing for all 3 disciplines and am also a British Cycling National School of Racing Foundation rider for Road and Track.
I am the current Eastern Region Circuit Champion and came 3rd in the Eastern Region Cyclocross Series in 2021. I won the London Youth Track League 2022. In 2021 I finished the season ranked 10th Nationally for U16 racers.
I represented the Eastern Region at the 2021 School Games in Loughborough and in 2022 I won Stage 1 of the Youth Tour of Scotland and wore the Yellow and Green Jerseys for 3 Stages. I won Silver in the National Youth Track Championship Points Race
